With over two decades working alongside 600+ UK business owners, primarily across construction, operationally intensive industries and corporate finance, Bradley founded TrueNorth Capital from a single conviction: that Britain's most capable businesses deserve better than the system they're offered.

Traditional capital routes are slow, risk averse, and structurally misaligned with the businesses that drive the real economy. TrueNorth exists to close that gap by bringing institutional rigour, M&A level thinking and deployed capital to the UK's most promising mid-market operators.
